FAST QC Group Activities Obtains Gratifying Achievements

QC group activities of Fast company obtained gratifying achievements. A number of outstanding results of QC group won the provincial and municipal awards. A few days ago, at the QC result press conference of 2013-year Shaanxi province and Xi’an city, Fast won a total of six outstanding achievement awards. Among them, To Lower Unqualified Countershaft Parts Rate of “Studying” QC Group of No. 1 Joint Gear Workshop and To Lower Failure Rate of PTO of “Beyond” QC group of PTO Workshop won the second prize of Shaanxi provincial QC results; To Improve Surface Cleaning Efficiency of Equipment and Facilities of QC group of the Equipment and Energy Headquarters won the third prize of Shaanxi provincial QC results; To Improve Appearance Perfectness Ratio of Export Parts of “Surge” QC group of No. 3 Joint Gear Workshop, To Lower Rejection Rate of Thin-wall Forgings in Forging Hammer of QC group of Forging Workshop and To Lower Die-casting Defect of Clutch Products of QC group of Die-casting Workshop won the second prize of Xi’an QC outstanding achievement respectively.

Meantime, QC group plays an important role in improving full awareness of the quality, enterprise quality management concept, product quality, service quality, overall quality of the company and cultivating quality management personnel.
